Wow. REALLY cool build.
Too bad that stock got painted, That wood grain would have looked amazing with some stain and polyurethane! But I know that's not how the prop looks.
The stock got painted because I will be pulling a mold from it, and casting multiples. And yes, even though the rifle in the game does not show grain, I will be graining my cast wood parts. It just looks so much nicer.
