Re: TASM2 - Screen Printed Webbing, Spider Symbols, and Brick Pattern

This is amazing. I'll keep an eye on it, as well as if you could. List me in the interest list if you have space available.

Regards,

Thank you! And I've added you to the list.

Re: TASM2 - Screen Printed Webbing, Spider Symbols, and Brick Pattern

UPDATE: We have pretty good results using high density inks over fabric that is 80 % nylon 20 % spandex

So as you can see, our only achievement at the moment was obtaining the ability to screen print on nylon which was a bit difficult.

We will do our best to raise it more and make it look more thicker

Looking good guys :) I was trying very hard to find a printer in my area to print on this type of fabric and had no luck, so colour me impressed :p

That means a lot, Jake, thank you for that.

Hello everyone,

I will now be collecting down payments to fund the bigger screen panels. I have been working on smaller standard sized panels in order to test inks and preserve fabric at a cost effective price.

Now that we have a lot of things figured out (we can now print on nylon spandex), we are ready to take the final steps to create...well, just about everything needed of the suit.

Re: TASM2 - Screen Printed Suit UPDATE: Web Testing Begins*

Can you make a prototype first?

Hello,

Since this is screen printing, I actually have to collect down payments to fund the screens. You'll still be getting the blue fabric in the mean time, but the red webs require a bigger screen than the usual small screen to accommodate pieces such as the belt and the arms.

Also, we're trying to see how well our pattern lines up. And yes, we already know what we need to fix on the pattern on the back. It just takes some time since we have to do it manually after unwrapping. it

Re: TASM2 - Screen Printed Suit UPDATE: Web Testing Begins*

Any progress on getting brick pattern on the red fabric?

We'll have an update hopefully sometime this week. I had to get surgery on my shoulder last Thursday and I'm still recovering.

Re: TASM2 - Screen Printed Suit UPDATE: Web Testing Begins*

Sad to hear that, I hope you have a speedy and smooth recovery.

Thank you dude. While I'm recovering, I have been tackling the web pattern for the rest of the body. It's arduous with one hand but at least I'm ambidextrous.

Cheers mate.

Re: TASM2 - Screen Printed Suit UPDATE: Web Testing Begins*

Small Update: My local produce no longer carries the one organic vegetable (at least in the amount needed) I need to color my fabric that cardinal red fabric. Fortunately, there's a fabric that comes close that is sold online so I'll be using that red for the time being until I find a new market that carries darn vegetable in bulk.
