Hahaha I did indeed mean circumference, thankfully. Thanks for the measurement. I was hoping I wouldn't have to scale it. Since I've never worked with pepakura before it helps if things stay as simple as possible.

looks very awesome! outstanding work sir!
Looking at the last pics you posted even when looking for the hard angles on your ribs its incredibly hard almost unnoticeable when looking at the costume as a whole. and i also think a few hard edges would add to the overall look anyway. the sith stalker is just meant to be a tool of destruction he isnt meant to be as pretty as darth vader.

I really think you'll win the costume competition. Lucasfilm would certainly be impressed! (I think you should forward a photo when you're completely finished).
The finished skin sleeve and appliances really do sell the idea that you have a cyborg arm.

Its a Duplicolor paint I picked up at Autozone. http://www.duplicolor.com/products/perfectMatch/ I dont recall which color it was, when i get out into the shed I will check.
In other news the skirts are getting taped off to have the graphics painted on. Should have some pics tomorrow.

I have the graphic painted on all the skirts panels. Here is a little preview.
That was the last big thing I had to cross off the list! From here on out I will be concentrating on making sabers and a handful of minor details. It is so weird to think I will be done soon!
I will get some full suit pics up with the newly painted skits sometime soon.

Bro your costume is coming together really well. I liked the pics and the videos... especially that zombie groan at the end of the first video, lol. Keep up the good work... can't wait to see more!

Saber crafting has begun.
As fate would have it I have a Master replica Vader hilt that I gutted from a while back. Its heavy, but it looks great, so ill be using it.
Here you can see the my Starkiller and Maul that I started today. No Bondo YAY!
