I couldn't resist it & got a bit more done tonight. Pretty much all Airbrush at the mo with the exception of a few wash stain's.

Re: ID help Studio Scale A wing.

I know who's paintin' my Transport LOL. Awesome, simply awesome, and another reason why you can cement yourself as maybe the best SS painter on the forum Guy.

Thanks Lee, I'd love to join you when YOU paint your transport, it would be ace to see someone else paint. I've only ever seen me :lol

The best thing so far fro me was filling in the laser tubes with black. the whole thing came to life after that. There are some great great painters around here mate, its nice that you think I'm one of em, lets hope I dont make a mess of it by going too far :eek

Re: ID help Studio Scale A wing.

Vintage decals, what a nightmare!!!!!!!!!

Down to my last few, averted disaster by spraying them with dull coat first. Thank heavens I did though as they were just falling apart. Placement isn't spot on but they are so fragile I was lucky to get any on at all.

Love the blast marks on the stabilizer.......and the grey'ish white
bit on the nose!! Really waiting on the vector rings to go on now
to tie in everything at the back!

Re: ID help Studio Scale A wing.

This is getting me into trouble now. I started the underside last night at around 10pm & got to this stage around 3.30AM . Then got caught sneaking into bed. It was worth it though as its all coming together now.

Still a WIP but getting closer
