I was wondering who he was going to play. Greg Grunberg is JJ Abrams childhood friend and is in every project he does-he says he is his good luck charm. He is Matt Parkman from Heroes, he is the Oceanic pilot from the first episodes of Lost...awesome guy.

Which is basically all we do here. In the absence of solid information, and until we get more, we take small details and analyze them, and sometimes blow it all way out of proportion. As the article says, our analyses may all be completely wrong, but it's fun to speculate.
