Maybe he doesn't actually have a red arm at all, but due to new more aggressive programming and a desperate need for sustenance, he runs around for the whole movie ripping people's hearts out and feeding upon them for the iron content, and doesn't have time inbetween to clean off the caked on layers of his enemy's blood.

Wicket May Be Returning In ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’

Since this article brings up the fan hatred towards the Ewoks, I'm just going to say it here. The Ewoks were a poorly thought out mistake, but it's a mistake I can live with. Even more so now since the troubles of the Star Wars galaxy no longer end with their involvement thanks to The Force Awakens being a continuation. And if this turns out to be the case, at least he'll feel more established than shoe-horned in.

Also, if there's one thing I've learned from The Old Republic, it's that even BioWare can make Ewoks awesome.

I saw that video a few weeks ago. I feel like I'm reading too much into it every time I watch it, but I do believe she is going to turn out to be a solo. I think it would be cool if they held onto that until Ep8 though.

I feel like the Kylo killing Han is a pretty big moment, and I prefer to have 1 big moment per film. Some films try to cram HUGE moments in like every other scene and it feels a little cluttered. I don't know if I'm making any sense, but that's been my experience with films.

While I believe wholeheartedly that at least Rey is a Solo (I still hold out hope that Kylo is not, on account he looks nothing like HF or CF), the interpretation of the quote is a big stretch. She was clearly referring to her character's isolated existence at the start of the movie and not hinting at her parentage.
