Yeah, I like that it cures fast and its easy to sand. But it almost cures to fast. Its like gum before I have the time to spread it!I use wood filler to smooth out my 3d prints and it works fantastically.
Oh, you really put on a lot. Wont that be hard to sand down? Post a picture when you have sanded it!Hey!
I have started making a Star Lord mask with the 3D print files. Here is what I have so far.

I then coated the mask in Rage Gold body filler to smooth it all out.

Excited to have it all come together!

Anyone looking to scale the helmet files
Scale all pieces by 0.8823529412. This should make for a perfect fit on a person with a 22.5" head. That allows for 1/2" of padding on either side. That size should fit most people.
Hi Kevin I'm following this threat and I saw your progress, I downloaded the files then opened and every piece it's too large, I can scale without a problem, I only need t know the final measurement I mean already assembled.Sounds like an issue with your software... What scale are you inputing? The files should be scaled to the correct size.
Is this only for the 3D print? Or is it for all of them?Helagak, THANKS for sharing this model! I really appreciate your hard work & your generosity by sharing it with us all!
Sadly, I think I'm closer to fitting the unscaled model than the .88xxx scaled model! I just wanted to see if you could double check my math/guestimate before I try a print. Figuring on the .882... scaling, I'm guessing the original fit a 25.5" head? (good old cross multiplication!) So, to fit my 24.25" noggin, I'd need to scale it to .9706?
Thanks again!
Brian
