I'm using a Solidoodle 3
Working from a Makergear M2, myself. It's doing a pretty decent job!

I'm actually finding the parts a bit hard to fit together. I'm 100% sure the printer's producing them accurately, but there seem to be pretty decent gaps between certain sections of it.
I also only scaled it to 90% instead of 88% because I have a big head. :V
So, it was requested that I model the armor for star Lords arm armor. As seen here:http://www.imgur.com/C0LdRsW.jpeg
So, I did!

The foam pep file is available below. It was modeled in the same space and unfolded at the same scale as the helmet. So it SHOOOOUUUULD Be about the right size... Have fun! =P

Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone could foam build this model for me. I have never done this before and would love to surprise my little bro with a really good mask. Of course, I would be willing to pay for supplies and work. Plz help me out guys...
It was a pleasure working with your model
I also added some more detail lines on the side, the tubes, and the details on the back side of the helmet with some reference shots that haven't been out there before![]()

Nothing so fancy! From another project long ago, I had 2 circles of cut 1/8th in. acrylic sheet. Then I colored them red with a sharpie. What did you use for the lenses? Just some Lexan with red vinyl? They look pretty good.
