Solid Metal Terminator Pewter T-800 Bust Replica Prop (WIP)

I never actually bothered to check if any of the individual hardware parts were available before making them! Though I'm in the UK and over here the metric parts we have are slightly different.

I also see a lot of people using these for the eye bearing holders: 12 Pcs Metal M2/M3 Clevis Linkage Rod End Tie for RC Fix Wing Airplane | eBay Though they don't look quite right to me, the flat strips seem a little to thin? Though it makes sense they would have actually used a part like this on the screen version.

I’m in the U.K. also, I’ve had to build the Skull bust in imperial measurements, it’s been a pain. But at least a little more accurate. A lot of parts can be sourced from McMaster Carr, shipping is expensive though.
As alot of parts are for model RC Planes you can get in the U.K on EBay.
Yeah the eye parts were originally du bro rod end links with ball bearings. I have set mine up so the ball bearings spin.

Love your Facebook page and followed from the start. I think it was Terminator Files that linked to it. You're doing an amazing job. It just looks perfect. :)

not much to report, just a lot of fine sanding pieces ready for the final polish.
Tomorrow I will final sand the skull and pistons.
Then I’m going to have to buy a polishing machine as I have burned out two dremels in this build so far.
Then I can polish all the pieces ready to be mounted on a stand.....that I also still have to build.

You will have some metal jaw pistons for it soon
I was checking out your FB page and noticed you are also doing the 1/2 scale endo. I just started that mysel! The wife is wondering how many terminators I need as I also have the Argo-nauts quarter scale version as well. I’ll stop once I get an arm!

You can never have too many Terminators.
