So, no RPF love for the new pilot, Poe Dameron?

There was a helmet I used for the base I even looked in to using the helicopter pilot helmets. But alot of work still need to be done to modify them. Both sides will have to be hand made to make it work. I don't really come on here much and this is I thinky first post.lol Rpf does not let you sell unless you post I think 20 times. I will be posting more pics of it as it gets to a finished piece. I will be selling kits very soon here or on the RL forums probably 501st to.

Got some done on the molds tonight and pulled the blast shield. Little clean up and that part is done and ready to pull. tfa xwing 4.jpg

I'm in the UK to and I have the same issue, the only ones I could find on Ebay were in the US to. I have been investigating making my own as I have the facility to do so (but I can't print white) I just need to find the right graphics. I have found some original graphics but for obvious reasons upscaling them is an issue. The Aurebesh
are also no issue although I am not sure how well they will stick to the fabric. Maybe somebody out there can produce a stencil in Aurebesh? PM me if you want to discuss it?

You could try it. I'm not a fan of those things at all, it's like gluing paper to the shirt usually. If I don't get my silk screening setup ready in time, I'm just going to paint it on.

Finally got the webbing for my lower leg straps.....

Lower leg strap 3.jpg

The upper webbing is the one I am going with. The two slides are the only ones I have found in the UK. The right seems a little too thin and too rounded in the sides. The 2nd is too loose but other than that I think it is a better shape overall. What do you guys think? Stick with the loose one and go for a slightly better fitting (i.e. 30mm webbing) stick as, or use the thinner ones?

Paul

I think the rectangular ones look better.

Look for sailing supply houses for sliders.... that's where I found mine, and they look pretty good.

Does anyone have a picture of the top of the chestbox?

At the moment I am working on the top of the chestbox and would like to know how deep the gap at the top is.

I only found one pic showing the right side with these four thingies that were new to me.1(1).JPG

Could anyone who has purchased the british army belt give me a size measurement? I'm a fairly big guy so I doubt it would fit me, but I'm otherwise a little stalled on how I'd replicate it so I'm still considering it, even if I have to make some sort of extender to give me the last inch or two.

Also I'm working on a helmet currently similar to Jim13csulb's but Poe Dameron style. Will post photos once the actual fun starts.

Get two belts and sew them together. Make the seam so it is covered by the harness suspension in the back.
