SDCC08 - Dr WHO Replicas!

If a sonic is faulty then we will naturally cover shipping. You shouldn't have to carry any expense for a faulty item.

We've paused in sending out sonics the past couple of days while a small spacer was re-tooled so none of the subsequent orders will have the same problem.

Shame is it's such a silly little thing but as we where delayed in getting stuff out the door we didn't spend a whole heap of time throughly bashing a few around to double, triple check there weren't any problems.

Looks like it's only a handful that have had problems thankfully and the issue has been rectiified so anyone who's sonic hasn't dispatched yet yours will be free of any issues and sonics will continue to ship out on Monday.

Superb customer service - and from the man himself.
Other replica companies, take note!

I bought 16 dollars worth of batteries. Those little things are expensive at 4 bucks a pop. Still have same problem in both screwdrivers, so I'm gonna have to send them back. :(

Neill :thumbsup

I have never experienced such great customer service, even towards someone who became as big a (regrettably) well, a jerk, like me! :$

Thank you. I was contemplating re-wiring the switch, but now I am more than happy to send it back for the spacer, knowing shipping is covered.

I will get on every forum I can to sing your praises!

Oh, and the batteries can be found cheap on eBay, could probably get a few years supply of constant playing for the same price you paid.

If it's wrong, it's wrong so we fix it.

It's not as if anyones *****ing over something trivial. If light is supposed to work and it doesn't then you didn't get what you paid for so I should rectify that and make sure you get what you paid for. Only fair!

Now that there's more than a few of these beauties in the field how about some action shots people? Even if the sonic has a issue or two it still looks cool as all get out. Let's see some of you with your new favorite toy! :)

Like the phrase goes: FANTASTIC!!!

Great shots, great prop and my compliments to your manicurist. Those fingernails are fabulous!!! ;)

Man, that is one beautiful piece.

The sonic is so incredibly awesome that I never noticed it didn't have sound until the light went out!

:lol Now's your chance to order a replacement blu-ray laser diode and make something eeeeeeevil out of it. :lol

OK, I give - I had that idea when the toy version first hit the streets. Replace the LED with a blue laser diode and the blue dome with an opaque diffuser dome. Imagine the coolness!

I'm sure Neill will get things straightened out for you once all is said and done.
