I was in contact with Scott today and explained how I got my account unlocked, his experience was exactly what happened to me
And if this was a frivolous attack by someone shame on them…
It’s all a waiting game now to hear back from staff, like I said on the phone it’s hit or miss.. took them 3 weeks to get back to me, took my sister 3 days.. so you never know
Anyone who sees this please spread the word and direct people here to get ahold of Scott
