I just want the OT, especially ANH detached from the prequels. They just don't blend well together.

I don't dislike Star Wars....not at all....or GL. I do love me some whedon though.

I never could understand what was so great about Firefly. Dollhouse was better than Firefly and it was just ok. Im hoping he does better with the Avengers. Looks awesome so far.
Back on topic,
Lucas has good ideas, he is just not good at carrying them out. He is a conceptualist. He can come up with the ideas of Star Wars, Indiana Jones, and such, but he needs someone else to make it for him. Someone to write better dialogue and actually direct the movie.
So many people love Star Wars, I would love to see it in the hands of someone who would really do it justice.

Can somebody pleeeeaaassseee fix the title of this thread? It's driving me crazy.
I dunno about a remake,but I do think we will see more set in the Star Wars universe-face it Lucas is about money now and with the Old Republic game and whatever else is being flung out there I don't doubt we'll see some other film set at some time before the first six by the time we get to 2030 or so.
