Limited Run RUN CLOSED * DL-44 ESB Blaster Machined Parts Set * RUN CLOSED

Yeah, that's the consensus. I'm not 100% about the distributor greeblie, but that's what I've got on my replica

well... I'd also leave 1-2% for doubt since the Hoth turned out to be motor could parts chopped up... but I too will be using the distributor thing until some miracle reference shows up.

Still trying to decide on the bolt. Leaning towards the thicker one. I'll be able to pay after Dragon Con.

I just want to make sure I'm not missing anything. I've already ordered the denix mauser and scope for my Luke Bespin blaster. Do I have to put an order in for the scope bolts? If so, then it should be a standard bolt in the back with a thick bolt in front with the light socket notched for a Luke blaster as Dann mentioned? Thanks.

You still need to contact me about the scope machining and scope parts (Bolts, lens rings, light socket)

If you didn't get the group email explaining this send an email to bobadebt@ec.rr.com

I have to admit, I knew nothing about the light socket ring being a separate piece. I assumed it was molded all together, and if so then I would be content to leave that area alone, but if it needs to be done in order to be complete and look correct then I guess would prefer the full ring. (After all, I figure I could theoretically file it down later to be the 3/4 ring if I changed my mind, right?. )

The light ring makes casting the scopes a lot easier and by being able to select the ring type I can provide more people with parts that are accurate to their version.

If the light ring was still part of the raw scope the price would have been higher and Think Jedi's turn around time would have been longer with more defective scopes.

OK, that does make sense. Thanks for all your work on this project!

All of the machined parts for the blaster, except for the scope brackets, should be machined this week.

He did some test runs on the parts last Friday but didn't send me pictures yet.

The scope brackets can not be run until we machine the scopes so I know the exact hole spacing in the feet of the scopes. If for some reason they can not match the 2" center to center factory measurement I will have to adjust the blueprints.

If that happens I will offer bracket for either hole spacing - factory or replica

So general consensus for Han Bespin besides picking the scope rings and scope machining:

No Pistons Option
Scope Light Socket (Full Ring)
M-19 Scope Bolt (Standard Pair)

?

Payment sent. So there's at least one more payment remaining?

Is there? Going through my PayPal activity, I have paid for the mausers, the flash hiders, and scope mounts... the pistons and scopes from ThinkJedi, and the last invoice for all the machining... what else is there?

From the scope machining email--

This includes everything except for the glass lenses which should add less then $10 to the final phase of the project.

In that phase I will invoice everyone for the hardware (normally $3-$5), glass lenses, shipping and any labor service you request me to do, which can span from removing the front sight post and fitting the flash hider for $5 to complete assembly which can cost a lot more.
