Watch them claim that's what he looks like under the rubber suit or something. Maybe it's Robocop 2 lol. With that head it looks like a humanoid version of Ed 209.

That new pic must be from the film - most sites now have had take it down at the request of MGM.

I'd rather not build expectations only to have them shattered. Truthfully, I hope it's a runaway success. Otherwise, it's the death of the RoboCop franchise; Robo will fade into cult-movie status and eventually fade away.

I hope we're all made fools of by how good the film is - but I wouldn't bet more than a dollar on it.

Robocop has already faded into cult movie status, IMHO. You don't hear it still being raved about by movie critics or historians. You don't hear people making commentary relating other films with social satyre ba Then again, most scifi is that way.

I like that new pic. The idea that the black is an undersuit and that pic is the over armor actually sounds like a good idea. Depending on how it's scripted it could be more revealing of RC's latent/repressed humanity.

That's a pretty big "if"; this new movie has some really big shoes to try to fill, and from we have seen so far, it isn't doing all that great of a job.
