SPAS looks great! I wonder what the possibilities of metal 3D printing are/ would be in the future for these sorts of things, especially for rare parts such as the SPAS cage.

Update- After rewatching my Remington trigger assembly video I noticed the dowel for the trigger was not fitted, the trigger works fine without it and in most cases better, I’ve also put a small screw in the back of the trigger box to pull the elastic band straight back instead of hooking it higher up over the dowel on each side, this pulls the trigger into a better position which in turn lets the hammer seat in the notch cutout where both meet...hope this helps with this tricky little assembly and makes it easier to assemble, cheers Sean.

Remington racking parts build... A ball bearing needs seating on top of a spring in the hole on the back of the breech bolt, you will need to make the hole larger and heat seal the rim of the hole( tip of a hot screwdriver)to hold the bb on top of the spring. Cut a L bracket in half( from any diy shop) and put to one side, insert the slide in the receiver and the bolt on the slide by holding it between you thumb and forefinger, with carpet tape attach the bracket half to the inside wall of the receiver and line it up with the bb.. Cher chunk.
