I thought of this too, as I used to do it for helmet visors, but with the RIT dye I find I've had better controllable end results. Let us know how it turns out though!I'm going to use this stuff to blacken the clear part.
I've used it before, if you spray light coats you can get the desired shade
I haven't been able to find it in any other scenes, I was hoping they had these around the set decoration - maybe we will find it somewhere else!Does anyone have a picture of the his part on set?
Mine too, it’s called free weathering lolMan yours is in much better shape. Mine looks like it was stored in a crate... with oil.. and someone rubbed some dirt in there for good measure
