What size heat sink is required? Also, what kind of set screws are required to retain the chassis and heat sink?

I've printed a few of them myself

They are nice, you can print with supports if your printer is tuned right. Set the bottom on the print bed and let it go. Depending on your layer height your overhangs can get a little sloppy, but if you plan on painting them, it's easy to clean up.

I'm using a couple of them myself, and I printed in black and use them right off the printer. When it's on the shelf, in black I can't see the lines anyways.
