Omarbou1's IM mark VII pep files - Chest uploaded !

I have another question, and sorry if it's stupid. :s
On both helmets (either the mark 7 or the mark 42), there are parts like this:

Sem Título.jpg

I wanted to know if we can just attach this two pieces, for example:

Sem Título2.jpg

Without needing the other ones that go all around the faceplate, chin and the rest of the helmet. Because when i try to glue all 3 parts together with those pieces, it just doesn't work...

well yeah you should be able to since i always make sure the parts are matching !

not yet.. i'm halfway done with the abs.
but im currently working on few comissions that should be finished really soon so i can work on the model right after!

if it's not too much to ask, do you think you could do a tester file for the abs, just like darkside's helmet tester? because then we could scale it better, since we wouldn't need to make all the details just to realize it's not well scaled. just an idea. :)

the thing with mine you wont really need to scale since you would just adjust the rings to fit your abs ! that's the main reason why i modelled it like that ;)

Bumping for updates. Want to build a new Mark7, and in the absence of darksides V2 files being available anytime soon, I was looking to model my own more accurate parts, but then stumbled on this thread :D seems like I won't have to. Fantastic Work. Any updates? (especially on the shin?)

Waouh... Really Impressive Omarbou1!!!
Congratulation for your amazing works... Can't wait for your shin!
Like we're saying in France : "Tu déchires grave!"

i should be able to give some update really soon !
i only have one class during Wednesday so i will use that free time to model !
btw i found my shin model when i was halfway done so after finishing the abs wich would be really soon, i will only need to refine it instead of starting from scratch again !

I'm using your mark VII files on the back section of my steel helmet. The faceplate and jaw etc is darkside's files because they worked better with steel. Just wanted to say thanks, and I look forward to using more of your files very soon.
