Does anyone know of a tutorial to put the shell parts on to a Masada airsoft?
Do you have any castings available for the magazine clip? I have the Masada airsoft but don't want to cut down my clip.
I picked up my Masada from Mal along with a couple of his kits when I was in US over summer. Mal it was great to finally meet - hope all is well with you and your family. I know this turned into an epic effort for you, but has resulted in a fantastic replica
Im hoping to put the shell on the rifle, the initial quick fit showed that I might need to modify some of the shell.
If I ever get time to devote to this I will post a build log, but dont hold your breath. I want to have a fully functioning airsoft - the rifle still fires even after being taken to bits for casting (thanks for looking after it Mal). Im also looking to see if I can embed a red dot scope in the scope housing.
For all the folks that have the joys of trying to get deliveries through customs, I took the Masada and kits out of US to UK (Heathrow) without any problems, but when trying to get a domestic flight in UK the airline insisted that the airsoft "toy" be classed as a firearm ?!?!? with the associated costs and hassle for me. Was not great experience for my wife and kids, but at least I got it all home
Now if only my tomenosuke turns up I will be a happy chap

Some of the small plastic parts are for creating the clip eject and cocking handle work. That's what the springs are for too. Also for the trigger. If you want just the static prop, then go thru this thread and look back at my original assembly, I believe I show where to glue the small parts. I'll work harder to get these instructions up soon.on the subject of this prop is there any guide to where all the pieces in the plastic bag go? I've figured out a few pieces but I'm guessing for the rest..
Hey everyone, I understand there is some confusion on assembly, I'm sorry that I couldn't create instructions, but I'm making a video tutorial on assembly if you can be patient with me.![]()
