Limited Run Oblivion Movie Rifle - Second Run Capped!

Matey, sorry for the late response but I went off the grid for a while. I am located in Singapore and received the rifle more than a month ago. There were no problems with customs and it was delivered to my doorstep as per normal. It is still in the original shipment box and will do an item-check afterwards - which I really feel I do not need to do so as you have earned everyone's trust over your long and amazing journey to deliver a promise to all of us. We are an effective team. Cheers!
 
Based on the molds right now I think this might be the end. I might be able to offer the shells only, but as far as the actual rifle parts, no, those molds are already on their last legs. :(

So anyone who has been following the saga I've had with Customs in Australia may find this useful.

Just had a call back from them finally. Because I was previously given misleading advice regarding the import permit, Customs has agreed to release the gun kit to me.

If you get one sent to Australia, make sure you have the permit already before you import it. I think that if the date on the permit predates the importation you are OK. You might want to double check that with them by email and keep the email and any reference number.

Part of the problem was that Customs deemed it is an "imitation M4 rifle".

For anyone interested in the legal stuff, the importation of this is prohibited by Regulation 4F, schedule 6, item number 1A unless permission to import is granted in writing. It was seized under subsection 203B(2) and forfeited to the Crown under subsection 229(1)(b) both of which you can look up.

I'd be interested in a set of shells if there's a BBgun or the like that I can buy to use for the core.

A side note, I've found a source selling grey MS3 rifle sling for $10, which wasn't available until now. You still have to paint the buckles but it's easier than painting the belts or replacing the belts. It's chinese website so if anyone need me to ship them to you just let me know.
 
Do you have a link to the site with the slings? I may be interested in one pending final cost of shipping.

I'd say it's $20 shipped to US and UK. Basically I buy them and re-ship them to you at-cost. I think I'd better get a thread up for these trinkets, and not hijacking the rifle thread any longer. :)

The sling mount is included in the kit! Its resin, not metal, but its fairly sturdy. You biggest issue is that it doesn't fit right on the hinge side and some dremeling is needed to get it to fit in place. I also include screws to hold it to the stock part of the gun. I take care of you guys. :)
