It was an honour to own them, as it will be for the new owner. V3s sort of killed the special feeling to be honest. Maybe in 10 years we'll kick ourselves, maybe not..

Yeah, I've worn them quite a bit, probably over 20 hours of wear on them.

Our trusted seller (Karin Chen) no longer sells the V2s. I was hoping she would start selling V3s.

I am concerned about the glue used on parts of these V3s. The whole hook side cam off one strap today and half of the other strap. Yes it has been hot here (35C) but not like into the 40s or anything.

the V3's are much better, go with those if you can afford it. If you want to experiment with modding things, buy the Haloween Costumes one first. They are so cheap even if you stuff it up won't be much of a loss.

Yes my wear pair also has some slight crinkling at the toebox. I suspect it's the frame support material they shouldn't have put into the toebox area to begin with. Hoping it gets soft eventually. I think a bit more framing material just above the swoosh would have been good too, though that might need to flex with your foot I suppose.

Are you referring to the crease under the collar?

I think the only way to stop that is make the shoe rigid and uncomfortable.

For some reason on the last two wears, the tongue of the left shoe has folded under itself. Not good when that happens.

Might be a heat issue - I wore mine for probably 6 hours or so today, constantly walking around and no velcro came off. I don't know what the temp was when I was out, but felt like around mid to high 20s. Maybe above a very particular temperature the glue is too soft and comes off. Did the Tarzan's Grip part you re-glued fail as well?
Not sure what you mean about the toe folding under itself, do you mean on the side?
