Nike MAG replicas (V2 and V3 only)

@davidjones888 there wouldn't be any problem if your "team" would sell a basic version without electronics (i'm sure that wouldn't bother anyone in here to make teheir own modifications) AND the current shoe. (And you'll get more orders for a affordable shoes without electronics that won't fail and no returned shoes etc... :rolleyes )
@cavx, i don't know, i buy my stuff directly in a fabric store at the corner of my street caus i like to touch and see the Materials ;)

sorry we do not sell the basic version now .

Since I'm not as tech savvy as most of you in here - I don't really care for a you-build-it Mag.

What i would like however is a wearable $500 pair of Mags from @davidjones888

They have the blueprint all they need to do is improve the components and make a shoe that won't break within 15 minutes of wearing them.

David please tell the factory that you are getting these from to please improve the quality of the electronics before you lose more sales.

Thx for your feedback . would u pls send the pics of the problems of MAG

we will check it . And you can send message to my skype .

we will check the problems and make it better .

Thank you David. You gave always been so helpful .

I really do feel you care about our welfare more than your sales lol

i still love the V3 guys. Full of problems but would still have paid $600 for a broken pair personally .
at least it's a starting point that's closer to the RD than we have ever been for less than $8,000+

i just can't understand why you still have hope for David being someone who actually cares about us more than our money lol

i mean just look at the nature of his comments

Seconded

So Iv been wearing the shoes for around 3 hours and heres a few notes on my busy half day.
1. MY FEET HURT!!!! I am not sure if it is because my job is super busy non-stop on my feet, but the first hour or so was great but then I was in pain. I could have been walking funny but I don't remember.
2. My feet started to get hot. These shoes are great but there is little ventilation, and if you have sweaty feet get ready to feel the heat.
3.Toe Box creasing. LIke any shoe when you are super active and moving around the fabric on the toe box is going to get creases. Not a huge issue but I haven't seen it mentioned here yet.
3. LEDs and ELs. So far so good. This is the first wear test but everything is good so far. Im 100% sure they will go out but lets see how long it will take for me to kill them.
4. Bright Lights.. WIth the amount of sun in the building you can't see the ELs (We knew that) but when I walk in the classroom and kill the lights BOOM lol kids didn't care hahah LEDs on the other hand you can see me coming from a mile away.
Not sure if I can finish the day in them cause of my feet but we will see and ill try to kill them tomorrow if I don't today.

Assuming you're in the U.S. for summer/fall, the heat's understandable. The V2's were quite warm in the summer in Queensland (got them early in their release cycle). It still feels like winter here in Melbourne so no problem with the heat trapping effect here (yet). I have only had a chance to wear mine once for about four hours walking around a shopping mall and no trouble getting sore feet. They do make you feel like your feet are leaning inwards (I beleive it's called pronation) which was something I noticed. I may not have got sore feet as I'd already swapped out the insoles that came with them with ones I posted up earlier in this thread. Perhaps the 'cup' shape in the upper part of the insole lessens the leaning/pronation feeling. If you're constantly trying to fight against that, i guess it could make your feet sore.
Can't wait for the weekend to take mine out again. I work in a company that has 90% factory so these V3s are way too good to wear to my work (even if most of the time I'm based in the office)
Hope yours haven't broken the lights yet!

The best way to know is look at the tread (of any shoe, not just your MAGs) for wear. if you walking correctly, the outer part of the heel should wear faster than the inner part. So you strike with the outer heel and lift off with the big toe and your tread wear should reflect this. If you are wearing down the inner heel and outer portion of the front oval more, you may need an arch support as well. Pronation not only leads to sore feet, but sore knees as well. I noticed that I had to almost walk on the blades of my feet with the V2s and this became even more apparent once the outriggers went on. I would assume the V3s are the same.

Day two and I killed the EL :(

Wow, all these bad recent reviews should have warned me. Sending this out as a heads up to anyone thinking of ordering. I just received my pair today and I cannot even wear them. The glue on the soles is separated and the heel cup is almost completely unglued. The front toe box looks horrible also. These do not look like the photos Rebecca emailed me.image.jpegimage.jpegimage.jpegimage.jpegimage.jpegimage.jpeg

Just email David or the after sales team. They will take care of it. I am sure it was only a mistake. I have 5 pairs from them and 0 came in like that.

If I got a shoe like that. I would take it apart, make molds of everything.

This happened to another member. Jedifyfe, I think, concluded that the upper is probably a smaller size than the hard parts.

Check the splatter on the QC photos. They are not sending out the same shoe in the photos. It's happening a lot.

My thoughts exactly on the mod ready. Hah! I wouldn't mind if it was after the 499 price but for 600+?? Ouch! I felt like ralphie opening up his gift on Christmas! I just sent these photos over to them, I'm really hoping they clear this up.

In Martha we trust.
i got a $30 refund for the hole in mine... Hurray

That sucks though bro. I feel for you. And strangely I felt the same as Emma ! A grift from the mod God

Whilst I would be upset if I opened the box to find that as well, I'd look at the positive and hook right into getting the toe box open.

What size are they? If they don't ship a new pair for free, I'd be taking the"new pair for 120 shipped" deal. Use the word "compensation" Sometimes I think they love that word) in your emails with them as well.

i think they charge like 120 for a replacement pair and if you get to keep this unglued pair I think someone was offering to buy damaged pairs? All in all you would have the mags for less than the original price you paid.

That is why I am asking about size :)

I don't even care about the box and all the stuff, just the shoes.
