8 days from pressing ORDER to turning up!! Really good!

Although I did order a week before and they cancelled it for validation, I had to send them pics of ID etc. That was Aliexpress tho not the seller! Once that was done I re-ordered!

Wrong, I have directly asked the factory to make brand new uppers based on a new template, so they are making samples for me which i will receive in a couple of weeks hopefully.

As to whether they follow the template correctly remains to be seen and you could be right, they may make a crappy attempt, but Yes, they will change production for me, because to them I am a buyer willing to purchase a few hundred or thousand pairs of these unbranded knockoffs.

If i wanted to, I can buy as many of these unbranded knockoffs as they currently are for dirt cheap (I won't say how much, but when i mean dirt cheap, i mean dirt cheap), but I will be required to order at least 500 to 1000 pairs.

I was told there is no cost for changing the way the uppers look, which is why i've asked for new uppers to be made. I'm sure a better pair of uppers is more acceptable than that current trash they've made.


If I am not happy with the samples, then obviously I won't buy, but i've sent clear templates of the uppers and explained how thick they should be at the top, the triangular cutouts, and the removal of bulging lace ribs, and big toecap.

The factory thats making this is a proper shoe factory so I'm optimistic they can make a 1:1 copy of the uppers. The bottom will be the same as changing anything means having to open a brand new mould for the soles in each different size.

For airair - this is one of the two part molds I made for my clear soles.

And I de-molded tonight and success!

So after I clean out all the nasty residue from cheap nasty polyester, I can get on with casting some soles in high quality clear elastomer.

And check this out.

Apparently it can be mixed into the clear rubber. Might have to give this a go soon.

For anyone who may be looking, Krylon has a product called "ColorMaster Acrylic clear spray". For indoor/outdoor so it should be pretty durable. It is made for fabrics and arts/crafts. non-yellowing and protective. It may just work on mags.

I would like to see this, a clear shopping list for UK if it doesn't already exist. I see the shopping list on the other thread, but like you said, the shipping prices are high for cheap items.

I've been waiting 6 days from my order to Karin and delivery in France.
It was very quick, I was lucky.
Sometimes it's a bit longer, you have to be patient and she answer any question very quick.

I bought some MAGs from Karin last year, and I couldn't be happier. God, I almost got in tears when I has those babes in my hand...so many years.
She even has some discount now on the same ones.

But I never wear them, I think they are too expensive for wearing.
So I wanted to go with cheaper ones, and I've been looking at this thread and some other, and you seem to know very well about knockoffs.
For accuracy I have Karin's, so I'm not worried about that, even V1 would be ok for me.
Not to mention HC, I will buy from them for sure.

I got a pair delivered to UK last week from Aliexpress, from Karin. They took 12 days from placing order to get here, and I didn't get any customs charges. Good luck.

1. the soles flogged out really fast (like in 3 months) and
2. that toe box.

I wonder if it is possible to heat and flatten it out seeing how well the steam method works on the V2s.

Anyway, I painted mine grey and added a white swoosh in reflective tape.

And after the soles flogged out, I decided to make my own clear soles (but didn't have the vacuum chamber or skills I have since acquired) and probably should have left them there.

I bought the shoes from Fashion Life which in hind sight was a touch risky with Western Union and really bad English in their emails. As it turns out, both pair turned up and so all was good.

If you are going to attempt a pair of clearish soles, then use ShoeGoo. It is cheap and air cures. You can cast even cast it if you can make a mold.

I didn't buy those soles, I made them, but I never had the right gear needed at the time and as a result, they are full of bubbles. You NEED a vacuum chamber and pump which can cost up to $1700 for a ready made, off the shelf unit. I made mine (with the help of a plastics engineer) for about $400. I got my vacuum chamber because I am into molding and casting, so you don't buy one of these for a one off project. These clear soles I am doing (which don't fit the V1 BTW) are just one of many projects I bought my vacuum chamber for. My chamber is also part of my vacuum forming rig, so dual purpose now.

i can't say for sure if the one you found will be legit since I haven't bought from there, but the V1's there are cheaper than the site I KNOW sends things:

so take your pick, more expensive but confirmed delivery, (at least by one customer) or cheaper and fingers crossed you get something, though that's always the case buying from a replica seller you haven't bought from before - good rule to follow is to make the first order small so if it's a loss, at least it's a small one.
The V1's are good enough for general shoes - I like them even though they're not accurate and I still get random people commenting on them being cool. The midsoles are more comfortable in the V1's than the V2's because they're softer, even though the rubber outsoles are softer, and so, wear down faster.
You can get past the harder midsoles of the V2's by putting some really good insoles in them.
I'd love to know if the $150 V2s are going to get sent, or if the people will just take your money and send nothing.....
Thinking about taking a trial next time I get paid, but that no feedback score worries me.....
