Nike MAG replicas (V2 and V3 only)

Jedifyfe, do you have any thoughts on contacting these people to get revisions made?

I emailed them and listed all the things we talked about here. I wonder what kind of reply I'll get.

If anyone's gonna be giving them feedback you should also mention the dim ELs. In my opinion that's probably the biggest flaw with these shoes. The ELs are one of the most important parts of the shoe so until they fix that problem, I won't be ordering a pair.

If they fix the inner midsole, I am in. I think I can look past everything else

The shape of the wave is the same as the V2. What annoys me with this is that both the MP and V1 had this right. So given they now have a real 2011 MAG means that they should not have missed this. The rest of the shoe is stellar.

I don't think that will ever be fixed. They have all the molds done and I severely doubt they will make news ones just to fix that gripe.

Probably. Just annoys me that I can nail it with a hand made sculpt. They would have 3D scanned the real shoe and got it wrong.

I guess these being more than double the price of the V2s, there isn't much of them popping up on eBay.
 
Umm, read back a page where a pair was sold for $2000. Then read the sellers page and it looks like they have full intension of repeating that.

I said not many are on there. Two people isn't a lot. But that scalper should be reported.

Ahhhhh, that's really good then! I was under the impression that they were bigger but if they're exactly the same as your adidas then maybe it's just the US7 that run a bit bigger. I darent take the insole out of my RD, I think they may be glued anyway, but there is a 1cm difference between the length of the shoes themselves.

Out of interest, what's the actual length of your sole from toe to heel, not including the heel cup?

Yeah true, Ive used Western Union before with no dramas. But due to the AUD being real **** it would be good to get that 6% discount. Just wanted to see if anyone else here has used em to buy these. Peace of mind really.

So far David seems to be delivering. So I agree any discount is worth it with our low dollar. However, given we are sending almost $900AUD, I personally would like to know that I have at least some form of protection. Having said that, CBA was no help back in 2012 with the launch of the V2s and it was actually the website that refunded me on the initial purchase.
Vdirty how did that custom work out?

With the Discount code and 6% WU it works out to be about 730aud. As you mentioned, if David has been delivering i spose any payment type could be trusted.
Im kinda happy i didn't have time to go in with the whole rebuild of the V2 now that these are out :)
Are you getting these Cav?
