Nike MAG replicas (V2 and V3 only)

I went with these. Seemed to have legit feedback (and a decent price).

Hey all! Got my V2s today, double boxed and in good shape. I was nervous because I just blindly ordered with no correspondence, haha. But they are V2s and not "sports" and they came pretty quick in good condition.

Good seller at the quoted link.

Edit: oops! Says no longer available. Sorry!

It's been a week since my v2's shipped and they are just now "Despatch from Sorting Center". The wait is killing me!!!

Which ones did you order?
Are you going to mod them?

I hope I receive mine soon..
I ordered the black ones.

Anyone overseas who's modding these?

Has anyone else seen the Mags on eBay that were made by an RPF member?! Selling for around $1200AU? Not my cuppa tea but does anyone know who made them or if there's a build thread!? I think they've done a great job, I just would rather pay to have V2s modded but they may not have existed when these were made?

yeh that's the ones! Like I said I wouldn't buy them but whoever made them did a pretty good job I reckon! Is there a build thread for them mate?

Here is a funny story about those. Those were made by Tim Blackwell BTTF123 about 9 years ago. Before NIKE even started the Mag project. So, when Nike went to file the MAG patent, they used these shoes as the schematic for their electronics patent.

wow that's interesting to know! I'm guessing Tim never saw a cent? Anyway these do intrigue me, you can tell they're homemade but he's still nailed the look apart from the uppers! But again full credit I couldn't do something like this!

Well, as promised to Cav, here's my review of his awesome clear soles! I'll keep it short and sweet..... just buy them :D

The flare on them looks very similar to the RDs which is real nice. The material is very sturdy and will last nicely, and it's so crystal clear that it shames my RDs!

Now, onto the pics which will hopefully explain everything:

A quick pic of us starting work...and when I saw WE, I mean Khalid as he did most of the work, I just helped trim a few parts and line things up. We had to trim the flashing from each piece with a knife then finish up with a dremel. This isn't a quick job if you want it 100% so bare that in mind and set aside a whole day if you're a perfectionist. I wasn't too bothered about the underside being perfect, just the sides really.

First piece glued onto the left trainer

Trial running the fresh EL piece for the soles.

Both undersides on. One in sunlight, the other not. There's a slight hint of yellow from the glue used but that's fine with me. It's insanely strong glue which is the important bit.

A quick photo of the underside from another angle before adding the side sections and inner triggers

...and finally, some comparison pics for ya'll!

Here's the winner though. Which one would most laymen think is the RD ;)

I bought mine from "Amy Lee" (Karen wanted a premium 139 EUR for shipping to Germany as an extra) and they came after 3 weeks with free shipping to Germany in excellent condition: http://www.aliexpress.com/snapshot/6831113054.html
Even german customs didn't open them, they were declared with a value of USD 10,- on the tax/customs report (...) and went through all the way to my home.
I paid 204,55 EUR (cheapest seller with many good resumees then). So I wanted to order a second pair, a week ago they were EUR 194, but within two days when following to the product of my order, I get a 404 now?! :-(

Hey guys, i'm new to the forum and there is one big problem which i need help with. I hope someone could help with this.

I would like to buy a V2 knockoff from Aliexpress. And now comes the problem: There are several vendors selling those shoes, also some of them mentioned here and considered as good. So i got in touch with theese and asked them for pictures kindly (to assure they are V2). In addition (cause some of them had overpraise unduly shipping costs to Germany) ive asked if there is any other way to ship cheaper to my homecountry Germany. Everytime the only answer was that they do not ship to Germany without an justification. So is there anybody who knows something about this problem? Or is there any German who had already an order on some shoes from Aliexpress? Im happy about any statement and help! :)

Still looking for a reliable seller myself.

I know someone in China who will sell u these. She's real trust worthy.
I ordered multiple times from her.
She even gives her whatsapp Nr so you can ask and check status.
I recently ordered the black ones.

Is there any way the soles can have that bulge outwards a little like the originals?
