Nicholas Cage buys a Pyramid??

Amazing that a guy making so many movies a year can be in such dire straits. The millions upon millions he has made.... all p*ssed away already and owing money?

No <blank>. Dude had to have gotten 20ish mil for the last national treasure and will probably get that much or more whenever they do #3 (hopefully soon). How you can **** all that away in such a short time is beyond me.

Bad management!! He put his finances and trust in the hands of a financial advisor and manager who he was supposed to trust would do the best... for "his" interests. They in essence screwed him!! That is why he is suing.

Well, that's his side of the story. If he wasn't as spend-happy as he is, he wouldn't have the problem, either. Regardless of the advice he got, good or bad, it was still HIM that bought forty-seven houses or whatever.. his advisers didn't spend his money for him.

He's got a multimillion dollar house he can't selll because he did bizarre things to it as well. You can blame a financial advisor only so much. You don't hear the likes of Kevin Bacon and Kyra Sedgewick fighting stuff like this after getting swindled by Madoff.
