Ouch. Looks like the toxic incel Joker fans are going to have to carry this one all on their own.

I was hoping to catch this one but unfortunately I will be skipping. 1. I'm not a Lady Gaga fan and 2. The rating says there's full frontal and I don't need to be seeing that. But I do think the idea of a musical could work really well.

The first one was great though I don't know that you can call it a true Joker movie since the character wasn't anywhere close to the maniacal genius that Joker is. Maniacal yes but not really a genius. But I still enjoyed it. Phoenix did a great job.

I wouldn't put too much worth into the RT score. Part 1 currently sits at 69% and it's far better than that.

Yeah I see too many reasons to question the critics on this one. Too many factors are liable to cloud their judgment. Opinions about Gaga, opinions about the cult fans of first movie, inflated expectations because of the first one's high sales, etc.
