Is there anyone selling these who will ship them faster/higher priority? I'd pay more to get it faster, but I don't want to wait a month or two. I've ordered things from Japan and had them to the United States within 6-8 days before.

it may only take a couple of weeks. 2 months is worst case scenario. But I'm sure if you asked they would offer it. The guy I dealt with was more than accomodating.

Fiber optic lamps are often a good alternative. You can get hundreds of fine fibers for a few dollars, like this one or equivalent:
