Good day, RPF Members !

My name is Sebastian, and I salute you all from France !
I am a student, currently preparing to take the English teaching exams.
I love cosplaying and building (amateurish) props, whether for myself or for my friends' costumes.

I have been roaming around this website for a long while, now, and finally decided it was time for me to join this great and big community.
I have, indeed, found much information and help throughout the threads of the RPF (and I wish to thank you all, from the bottom of my heart, for that), and have always been amazed by what some of you are able to create. It has been a truly inspirational journey that I have taken, over the years, reading through all your writings, and I thought I would take the journey one step farther and actually become member of the big RPF Family !

I look forward to take part in this adventure alongside you guys and gals !

Thank you all for reading.

Cheers !

Sebastian/Aegis

Howdy All,

I'm Jackson from the beautiful state of Mississippi. I found out about TheRPF while looking at Mad Max and Jurassic Park scale models.

I love collecting and making props, whether screen accurate or screen inspired. I have Fallout inspired Nerf guns I painted and I bought one of the limited edition Pipboys a while back.

Hi everyone. My name is Darrella and I'm from Texas. My daughter and I love Harry Potter and I found this site while searching for crafts to make for her for Christmas. You guys are amazing. Thank you for all of the wonderful ideas and printables.

Hi! Hollering from tropical Malaysia. Found out about RPF while searching for ideas to make my kids Imperial Ground Crew costume. Always a big fan of making costumes. I have a Predator bio mask still hanging on the wall in queue to be sorted out. Now it's just Star Wars all day everyday.

Great to see so many talented and skillful forumers here. Sorting out my album in Photobucket so I will share it here.

Hello everyone, I been in the RPF on and off for a few years and thought it was long past the time I registered. I'm fairly new to prop making but I have a good experience in latex, although I turn my hand to most things I mostly collect small movie memorabilia.

I'm not exactly good at introductions, so I am sorry if I bore everyone until they crack and rather watch 14hrs. Of, Jar Jar : From the cradle to the TRAP.

I started my journey into cosplay a few years ago, my goal, to become the most accurate ROTS Vader by doing a overhaul on the chest box, belt boxes, shoulder armor. The rest of the, Rubies, put into a box, tape up the box & tucked away in the attic.

Due to some very difficult times, my build took a backseat. Well, after things settled down, excepted that my father, who was a police officer, was gone. In any case, I am back doing what I found to be my healthy habit. So, before I post on the board, to hopefully be pointed toward what I need next, to eeach my goal. Build the most spot-on ROTS Vader, join the 501st, and do some good for those who value a smile, even if its for only a moment, instead of thinking about their illness.

howdy folks from the great north of Canada Quebec. Big Sci Fi fan, mainly Star wars, worked in visual FX for 15 years and now, with the new 3D printers, doing props...and just loving every minute of it..:)

Hi, my name is Elle. I ran into this page while searching for ways to make a legit spiderman suit for myself. After reading some posts and seeing some pictures of people who have already done so I cannot wait to be able to do something like that myself but it definitely looks much more complicated than I anticipated and costly. Nevertheless, I still want to do it I'll just have to wait because I want to do it anyways, it'll just take some time. Let's see how this goes. I'm very happy and excited to be here.

I'm Luke. Having visited the RPF for years I finally decided to become a member. My primary hobby is building plastic model kits, but I've also built and painted a full-size replica Stormtrooper helmet. Born in the late 70's, I grew up with Star Wars, the Trek movies, Transformers, Robotech, Voltron, M.A.S.K. etc.

I look forward to sharing my work with everyone here.

Hello! just joined RPF after purchasing TWC 12th doctors remote/replica. Looking to readup and find some info as i've bought a 10th one as well, but its DOA :( think its a dead battery. I like gadgets and gizmos, edc'able items like watches/knives/pens. Hoping this hobby doesnt get me into financial trouble hahahahaa!

Hi, everybody. I'm Ian. The want to build the Bourne burn bag after watching Adam Savage's Tested video brought me to the RPF. I really love espionage films and television, and also science fiction worlds. I also really love the fantasy worlds of Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings.

Hey everyone!

I'm just starting out and here to learn and create! I do a lot of sewing and dabbling with EVA foam for friends' cosplays. Getting better and better with my makeup skills and always ready to learn. Super excited to be apart of this community!

Hi everyone just joined, looking to get some ideas on where to find good Star Wars helmets for some fun pictures for my wedding coming up in August.

Hello everyone! I'm here to check out all the awesome stuff others are making and snag some tips for my own creations. I make my own costumes and props, but generally by upcycling other things. I'm looking forward to building my first set of foam armor in 2017, and hope this forum will help if I get stuck. :)

Hey all, I'm Gabe.

I'm not much of a replica prop maker at the moment but I love the idea of making something that conveys the nostalgia of a movie. I especially like Christmas movie items since the genre has an extra layer of iconography.

So far I've only built a "leg lamp" but now I'm working on a Christmas Vacation "segue advent house".

Since this is my first layover at the RPF, I'm very excited to see the replicas built by others...especially those Christmas replicas.

Cheers!

Hi, I'm Kyle!

I've admired prop builders for years, but I never really had a sense that I'd ever be one myself. As of this writing, I've been selling Star Wars props for almost exactly a year in my free time and selling on Etsy, and it's been a blast! The community here has been such a huge inspiration.

Learning to sew, 3d modeling, silicone molding, and resin casting has been amazing. Getting my own 3d printer has blown my mind!

Some of my favorite creations include a Rey Staff, Chirrut Îmwe's Staff, and Chirrut's Gauntlet. Getting to see Rogue One in my nearly finished Chirrut costume was super fun!

Hi everyone, I found this form while looking for a Polar Express ticket. My husband does Santa for a few charities and was looking for something to give out besides candy canes.

I made his first suit about 30 years ago, and then work interfered. After retirement he picked it up again, wow how suits have changed. I have made him shirts and knickers so far, and only one suit, however he needs a spare.

I am looking forward to reading and researching this forum. Thanks for letting me join.
