Me it's Jack! I am French but I'm trying to improve my English. It's been a while since I watch the incredible achievement of this site, and as I had a question about the work Keruuu (on his cyborg ninja suit). So here I am!

Hi everyone! I don't know WHY I haven't joined before now, other than the fact that I always looked longingly at some costumes from a distance and only recently said "Hey, I can do more than just sew, I can do this stuff too!"

I'm a big cosplay/costuming nerd, been sewing for years. The projects that I've got on my to-do list right now for myself and my partner include:
Iron Man repulsor glove (from Iron Man 1), Iron Man partial-armor (Iron Man 3), multiple arc reactors, Hawkeye (various movie versions - Thor, beginning of Avengers, Avengers "uniform"), and...let's see...three different Lokis (Lady Loki, Thor Loki, Avengers Loki).

Oh, and Merida from Brave (between her and Hawkeye there are going to be a lot of bows, quivers, and arrows around the house...)

Can't wait to both share my own work and get help from others. :)

Hi everyone! my name is Nuno and I'm from Central Florida just outside Orlando proper. Like so many, I stumbled onto this site searching for pieces to a CosPlay costume...it's a great thing to put all these rescources under one roof...I myself am a sculptor and goldsmith. So if you need jewelry made - I'm your guy. lol
I hope to make some friends while I'm at it too! Cheers !

I'm from Lithuania, living in Vilnius.
i am working now at iron man costume(by myself no fiberglass or something)
and i searching for a good gun proops or bombs or TURRETS ! because i want to create a movie with man who have iron man suit vs. clones from star wars ant one of Darth's :)

Hi I'm made and worked on generic household things and decided that now the kids are a bit older I can try and make some of the replicas (or attempt to make). I sort of shelved my ideas for a while but seeing some of Adam Savage's tested videos of his cave and house makes me really want to make things again.

Hi everyone. I'm Christian from Luxembourg and collector of rare antiquities :D. Especialy props related to the Indiana Jones movies. But also Pirates of the Caribbean, Star Wars (Han Solo, Boba Fett and blasters and lightsabers) and some Resident Evil (video games only).

Also, living in one of the world's smalest countries, I think I'm the only prop collector in my country...

My name is Markus, I'm 26 and I'm from Austria. I love movies, tv shows and video games and the pop culture evolving around them.
I stumbled upon the forum while looking for information on an elusive patch for a Top Gun Goose flight suit costume :)
I'm quite handy but I haven't done any real work in the prop department.

Greetings all! I've been lurking for quite a while now, trying to learn a few things on modding and painting/re-finishing props and doodads...

I have to say that I am in AWE of a lot of the work I see on here! Wow! If I can achieve even 10% of what I see here everytime I check in, I'll be a happy guy!!

I'm the proud Dad of 2 awesome kidlets, who are well on their way to Geekdom! To be fair, I think they are instrumental in making their parents even geekier than they already were!

Steampunk seems to be our cup of tea, and we're planning our gear for Ottawa ComicCon in May. Hopefully we have enough time to get everything we want to do completed before then!

Hey everyone,

My name is Mark, originally from England but now living in the US. Huge fan of all things Sci-Fi from Star Wars, Doctor Who to Blade Runner and every obscure and fantastic world inbetween. I love building miniatures, as well as the costume props.

Recently made an Obi-Wan Kenobi belt, and a 9" TARDIS (which cost less than $2), as well as having an ongoing Chewbacca costume being slowly built in the background :D

My son keeps pestering me to build a "Goldie" ie the evil R3-S6 from The Clone Wars so that is now in the design (and funding) stage.

So thats me. Glad to meet everyone, and look forward to talking RP's!

Hi everyone! Mark here. Just joined the RPF on the advice of a prop artisan. I'm into "Star Wars" props mostly, but like anything sci-fi. I'm also an historical reenactor, portraying soldiers on both sides of America's Civil War, as well as a militiaman of the Colonial Period. My other hobby is writing fictional screenplays of all kinds, from Biblical dramas to highbrow slasher flicks. I look forward to chatting with the other members.

Stumbled across this website and thought it may be beneficial to jump in! My husband and I have been leather working for about 3 years and although we do mostly original stuff we dabble in replicating our favorite props. We do mostly masks and books but are always interested in trying new things! Hopefully this website will be useful in connecting us with others that have a similar hobby- not many people leather work anymore and it is always great to share tips and projects.

I've recently become a member of the 501st Legion down here in Oz (Southern Cross Garrison) and I currently troop as SL31310 (Darth Nihilus). I'm extremely interested in the Lord Starkiller ultimate costume from The Force Unleashed. I'd love to see some build threads on here so any links would be appreciated. Thanks for reading, Sez :)
