Hi everyone, I'm from Italy, registered since 2009 here, but I just posted my first post in the paper props forum. Unfortunately I really suck in everything "do-it-yourself", but I spent A LOT of time reading all the great threads in therpf... that's why I don't post

I'm a Blu-ray and DVD collector, and a few of the props found here would stand very well near my limited editions.

I found this site while searching for gear for my Captain America costume I am making for Halloween 2012. This site continually came up in the search results, and after skimming through a few of the topics that were pulled, I decided this was a community of which I wanted to a be a part.

Hi I am Luis from Norcal. Bay Area. Always had a love for costuming but discouraged by people so never pursued it. Am looking to make a Spartan 300 costume and Dark Knight. Anyone have skills and willing to teach or meet up to help would be great! Looking to do pepakura and learn to make molds to create helmets! Thanks

Hey, I found out about RPF through a guy known as Volpin Props when he was giving an interview on youtube. I have been buying and making bioshock props to add to my collection. my most advdnced build was the little sister adam syring. I wanna start making more advanced props but don't really have much skill so i figured this would help a lot

Hi guys my name is Wilbert Rivera and I'm into cosplay, I found out from this site from a friend and I've been on it at least once a day lurking I do mainly Captain America cosplay and so I'm always looking out for how people design there costume. Glad to be a member of such a great forum and I look forward from learning from everyone and having some help on my projects.

Lyorah/Laura/Nym here (any of the names are fine). Mostly interested in costuming and costume-prop-type things, especially scifi and videogames.

Been costuming for about 5 years, have made/compiled at least 13 costumes... and I'd probably say my best skill is doing it all on a budget of about $15 a week. (Yeah, I need a job that's more than 4 hours a week, lol...)

Hey guys, my names Zack I'm 16 years old, have always collected movie memorabilia, mostly horror. Iv always been a collector of 1/6 high end figures, but not I'm beginning to move on to props. My dad is in the movie industry as a special effects artist. Once in awhile I get a chance to own something pretty cool (il be posting a collection thread soon) right now my prop collection is pretty small, but I have 1 peice that I'm quite proud to own. So that's ab bit about myself, hope to have a blast here on the rpf opcorn

Sup? I have been lurking these forums for ages now but decided to join today mostly to discuss the eFx Avengers stuff. I collect busts and 1/6 scale figures and I'm starting to take interest in prop replicas. Unfortunately I'm pretty worthless when it comes to creating... anything, so I rely on having to buy what I desire.

Hello All,
The Names R or RE, I'm a 30 year old Californian, Been floating around on here for a little while. I really like this place, it great seeing all of your creations come to life. Hope to show some of my creations in here soon. I Started a 1990's shredder costume a few weeks ago, It's my first time working with pepakura, resins and fillers. Working on the helmet at the moment. Currently I am in the process of sanding the first coat of filler. Hope it turns out, so far it's looking alright. It's going to be kinda rushed seaming as I'm trying to get it finished before Halloween. Other projects that I look forward to working on in the future will be Dr. Doom, Krang (TMNT), zombie Boba Fett or storm tropper.

Good luck to all on your projects and look forward to soon posting some progress of my own work.
