I just wanted to introduce myself since I look at this site at least once a week. I'm a filmmaker and Graphic Designer who also happens to be one of the biggest Batman fans on the planet! My movie studio Night Walker Cinema makes Horror films and I've also been into costumes and masks because of that and because of Comic Books my entire life. I've seen some AMAZING work on here and it's inspired me to want to make my own costumes as well! If anyone is in the San Diego area, Night Walker Cinema is always looking for actors and actresses as well as Monster Makers and costume designers! Anyways, I just wanted to say hello and hopefully I'll be able to post some costumes up here soon!

G'day all. The name is Pat and I'm from Adelaide, Australia.

I've been cosplaying for going on two years now and I've just started to look into getting more in depth with some of them, and during my search for techniques I stumbled across The RPF. I've been stalking around the forums in Guest Mode for a couple of weeks now and decided to join up yesterday, so I'm looking forward to being able to contribute to discussions as well as soaking up all the creativity from the talented people around here.

Hello everyone. My name is Rob Semenoff from Saskatoon, Sk. Canada.

I've been a huge fan of almost all sci-fi related props (and some non). I'm just finishing the upgrade to my unimat DL-2000 lathe to be fully CNC with milling. For my first project a 10th Doctor Sonic Screwdriver. I'll be making 3. One for me, One for my Nephew (with his help on the project) and one for his girlfriend who loved to carry the CO Toy one around with her.

I'm a huge Doctor Who Fan and Have been able to do 3D animations for some of the classic DVDs for the past few years.This has given me access to some of the plans and sets designs so I can recreate the virtual sets you've probably seen on the Classic DVD series.

Hello,
My name is Andrew, and I love a variety of things. Movies, Video Games, Sports, and Collecting. I do not have any props at the moment, but that's where everybody started. I plan on getting a couple things this year. Not sure what, but it's still early. I'm a huge fan of the 80s, and 90s action (Lethal Weapon, Die Hard, Rocky, Rambo, Predator, Terminator, etc..). I grew up watching what my grandfather, and father watched. Both Marine Corps Lifers. Got into John Wayne, Lee Marvin, Charles Bronson, Robert Mitchum due to my father, and grandfather. Cousins took me to my first theater feature which was 'Jurassic Park' (1993). I hope to meet some really cool people here on the RPF. I already got some great ideas from viewing threads. Already brainstorming for an idea that I can't wait to start. Any other questions feel free to ask.

I just realised that I joined a few years ago, and often 'look in' but have never posted! I fell in love with Star Wars on the big screen back in '78 (it didn't come out until the end of December in the UK) and that lead on to an interest in sci-fi in general. I used to always be making things as a kid, and want to get back into some creating!
