Karis Nemik's Manifesto 3d printing model test is done. I put together one of them to fit all the parts. Installed a fake screen. Next step is install a real cellular phone inside and code the "firmware"

Thanks guys, I am really happy with the result. Will be doing some leather work tomorrow morning as well the HTML code to display something good on the cellphone. A cover template will necessary right? Borrowing my mom iphone6 to test it. Only Android phones at home.

I just created the leather template. I did use a sheep hide 1mm thick. Could be anything like that. Sharing it here:

I have been working with Diego’s amazing 3d files and added a Waveshare e Paper display with a Raspberry Pi running in the background. I will be working on the painting next, but here are some sample pix and I am happy with the progress so far. Cheers.

Working a little bit with the leather cover and the cord that wraps it. This is how I find out this probably works better:

Cord is about 2mm thick. Hope this helps. And a friendly reminder that I am still have some silver PLA left to create printed kits. Just PM me If you are interested.

Adding audio and a few controls to the "firmware". I think It is pretty simple yet usable. Click on the link below. It is safe, not app installation required. Should work for Android/iPhones without hassle. Play / Pause buttons at the bottom. Just a prototype.

Setup:
You can set your top offset value. Which is the space between the sound bar and the top frame of your mobile phone. Default value is 100px. First button saves the settings, second button resets it.

Draw the manifest test along the two rare symbols. Starts and stops clicking on the main window:

As a matter of fact, I am offering printed kits only (only one left). I didn't have time to get a screen accurate leather yet, and a few days will be going on vacations. Won't be doing nothing about props until March I think. Firmware is free.
