Mynock cave - Falcon Oxygen Mask

Looking through pix I'm wandering if the white stripe on Han's and Chewie's are zip ties.
Leia's doesn't have one.

The ones at GE have it as a raised stripe and are missing the bottom notches same as TFA.

I know this is the part. 100% certain. Zero doubt.
I'm not working from screencaps.
Very cool! Looks like maybe a knob from some sort of gas valve, or maybe an auto part? It looks like cast metal, so probably not a model part? Just thinking out loud here.

Edit: I take it back, could totally be plastic.

I think it's red plastic. I think that's a number 8 stamped in the shaft?
I'm wondering if it might be a tightening knob for the joints of the swing arm lamps they used for FX-7's arms?
Makes sense if they removed most of them to disguise the lamp arms. Bunch of spares for other props.
I looked at some vintage desk lamps, but nothing yet.

Here's a shot of a few of the vents inside one of the original R3 domes.
They're very shiny and clear.
If you watch the bluerey version of the film its pretty clear. Im convinced there's no metal stud on the end of the vent. Heres the images I could get.

really blurry, but it's from a youtube clip!

I modeled and printed a few parts for a mask sent to my Secret Santa recipient. Check out ESB Mynock Cave Oxygen Mask parts by wesaj for strap attachments, strap keepers, a spacer for the vent to center and support it in the holes in the mask, and a spacer to fill the top of the sparklets bottle. Apparently I forgot to take any pictures of it before I sent it out, so here's one from my recipient.

If your mask strap splits, gorilla glue is awesome. Mine split also. Gorilla glue repaired it. Its strong too

Ok I don't have the exact hose because ordering that thing unless I'm a medical practice ain't going to happen. This is my Leia mynock cave respirator. The vents I made will have to do until we find out what those are. Thanks everyone for your input, help, and research. Looks amazing, very well put together, I actually have a sparklets syphon, so thinking of making one too if I can find the other parts, what did you use for the metal posts/washers next to the strap?

Looks like the site with the spoons has gone, so looked for an alternative, found this chocolate mold with 24mm hemispheres

Also for the michael’s knob, I know Cameron used part from and extraco knife, I found these handles for £1 that are 14mm

I found the threaded part on my sparklets head has been glued in, not sure if that was from manufacture, or latter on as a repair? I’ll try some heftier grips, but if that fails I’ll have to cut/drill it out.

Have a bulb holder ordered (fingers crossed it is the right one)

Still need to find the correct vents, have some promising leads, but nothing confirmed yet.

Looks amazing, very well put together, I actually have a sparkler syphon, so thinking of making one too if I can find the other parts, what did you use for the metal posts/washers next to the strap?
Thank you very much, the posts are aluminum Chicago screws. I painted the inside so you wouldn't see the threads. I filed down the flange of the screw so it was very thin. Then I glued the aluminum washer to it. Aluminum has a more accurate color. Then I just drilled a hole and screwed it in place.
