Yeah. Should make some progress on it this coming week. shaving down some foam to try and get it proportioned right and adding the clay. Then re-meeting with a guy doing my vaccumforming (negative VF-ing). Hopefully getting the base poured within 2 weeks.

Also, I know this is the wrong forum for this, but I don't have 20 posts yet to post on your disc forum.

I just sent my payment for the full disc kit today, I'm guessing I'm on week 6 :)

Sorry guys, the material is still on hold for now. I'm behind schedule on my disc project so I need to concentrate all my energy on that right now.
 
here is more progress shots on the tron hexigan spandex it is fully die-sublimated printed on true 4 way stretch lycra and is designed on the same file that the spiderman movie costume was made on i did it on this file that way it can have a full face hands and feet and i cut parts away as needed

below is a close up of the hexagon paturn so you can see how it looks and the other photo is a picture of the full costume from far away the hexagons are just hard to see at that angle and it also was from my cell phone

i may not post as fast on here the progress of the costume build but you can follow it more on my company facebook at www.facebook.com/jesterfx i updat progress as i go along on their much faster

FYI JPFX,

It's against RPF rules to make sales in non JY threads. I would suggest you start a thread in the junk yard and delete what is here before the mods do it for you.
 
Soulinertia thanks for thay heads up my mane page i post on is the superhero hype and thay out rite throw numbers around on there so i will keep that in mind
 
Man Tron day is so close, I wish I had everything ready, I hope it does become an annual things for years to come I want to be apart of it but my suit isnt ready and i have yet to mod my disc. O well
 
Just got 3 400 ft rolls of reinforced packing tape, recruiting a friend and we're going to be making a packing tape dummy duplicate of my body; going to fiberglass it after it's made so that it will be durable. All this to make my Sam Flynn costume. I figured this is far cheaper and easier than doing a body cast, and for my purposes almost as good. :)
 
that is a cheap way another way is just using plaster bandages i would love to see step by step photos or start another thread for the build it seems like an amazing project
