Moonraker decal dimensions - help!

I need the dimensions of the graphics on both wing surfaces of the shuttle... the height for the numeral and diameter for the emblem. Might as well throw in the one on the side if it's different. I could just buy from JBOT Decals but they're no longer in business as far as I can see.

Also, are the orbits on the emblem white or is that an illusion? :confused
