a few more pics of it taken apart. Wish i had a Clamp but they had not done them yet. These are for Ahsoka Tano and Pixelpiper, No holes on the sabe r!
Polished the Copper, I like the more orange looking though....

Wow. I asked for no anodizing, and I think I made a mistake. I was going for the prop look but now I think I want to do an idealized version. Decisions decisions.
