I think it depends on your budget. Obviously, PVA is going to be on the lower end, whereas the other two are definitely more pricey. I've seen great results from others' builds utilizing all three... I think the StyroSpray 1000 will give the longest lasting "hard" finish, Plasti-Dip has a nice flex to it, and PVA glue is... well... PVA glue :lol
Don't forget ModPodge too!
its funny we use that type of foam in our tool drawers at the Air Base..
hmm that means I can buy some and make Military Air craft Grade foam suits hehe
hmm I just remembered what we used to paint foam at Disney World .. Nazdar silk screen water base ink (NAZDAR 2700 Series Aquasafe Water-Based All Purpose Gloss Screen Ink
AquaSafe 2700 Series All Purpose Screen Ink is a water-based ink that produces a glossy ink film, offers good weather resistance and is flexible enough for vacuum forming.) .. dont let Mickey know shhhh
lots of info here
Nazdar SourceOne – Screen & Digital Printing Inks, Equipment, Media & Supplies

You're giving Iron Man wide, birthing hips, right?
...Yeah, I said it. There are just too many boob men in this thread, I had to balance it out.
