Apologies for the the poor quality pictures - these were taken on my phone but I'm sure they'll be of use to someone!I bought the Hasbro version at TRU at midnight for £35. I went to Disney Store first thing in the morning and regretted my purchase almost instantly. The Disney version is £10 cheaper at only £25 which is a ruddy steal in my opinion.

There are no gaps on the pommel (these are taken up by a non-removable 'port' to make it Bladebuilder compatible. The Disney version has the gaps in the pommel and the hilt occasionally 'rumbles' when turned on (oo-er!). There's also no doubt that the Disney version is much brighter:
View attachment 524793The Hasbro version does have it's advantages though. In my opinion, the sound is better. Hasbro is slightly louder and has a better 'clash' sound. The Disney 'clash' sounds more like a surge of electricity than lightsaber clash (but maybe this is film accurate!).I've recently sold most of my FX sabers and Glasgow TRU didn't get any Kylo FX's in, so the only one I can compare it to is Yoda. The FX is still much brighter then the Disney one, but I would say not quite as much as it looks in the pictures. In the picture, you can clearly see the individual LEDs on the Disney Kylo, but it isn't *quite* this obvious in real life.
