I got the tubes at Home Depot in the lighting section. They are about 4 feet long, which gives enough for all three blades. Did have to cut them down. The middle so they would fit better.

My camera is broken at the moment. But all I did was cut the tubes to length (to fit over the blades), then used some clear sealing gel to create "flame" patterns on them. Somebody else did it and had pictures a few pages back on here.
