Merry Christmas JF and to all therpf members!

:) Here's a kid-size mark 6 costume I've built last week. I used your Mk6 template for this. Thank you very much.

Quick question for you JF (or anyone) - you have two MK VIIs listed - one of them indicates that you need to re-edit the file and the other doesn't. Should I go with the second MK VII, or did you complete the edit of the original one you listed?

Hey JF. can I just ask if grey fox from metal gear solid, was 1 of thousands of requests??? (Always wanted that helmet since MGS was out of the PS1) I know you have alot to do so I will just keep my eyes on here and hope 1 day you will have time to convert the files. I have the pep files if you need to convert it.

Both are buildable. But sometime it can be hardous to guess which piece goes where. That's why I'll release a third and doubtproof set of files, based on JTM's model, as soon as I have it builded. It means in two or three weeks.

excited!

Just wondering has anyone tried using painters caulk to seal the seams in between foam pieces. I know the one I bought can be painted over, but will it be able to stand all the bending during putting on the suit? Also, will the caulk eat away at the foam? If no one knows i'll just test it out and let you guys know.

The caulking shouldn't react with the foam at all, and it will stay flexible. I'd still test your paint on a little bit; I usually seal right over the caulking with plastidip, but that's just my build process.
If you do end up using the caulking, you probably want to have some throw-away rags and a pail of water, the stuff gets messy way too quick. I usually use it on inside corners, just run a pretty small bead, smooth it in with my finger, and wipe away excess with the wet rag.

Hi some great work you have there

Can I be rude and request could you make or know of a arkham origins armour pdo?

Power ranger helmets would also be pretty cool to see

Look forward to hearing from you

EyeOfSauron is working on some power ranger helmets, you might want to check out his thread on them.

I have a request if you can do...can you make this pacific rim Gipsy file on a foam template? the file was make by laellee (thanks to him)
thanks
Gipsy Danger file pack

Those models were not made by me, they are game models that SriLanKing and I ripped, converted and partially cleaned. Those files need A LOT of work in 3d modeling software before they can be used with Pepakura and converted into foam templates.
