He has them all, he unfolded the Pink and Green already, I think they're around page 50.

I'll get around to finishing the green one eventually.

Thanks for everyones help! here is my Mark 4 costume from this Halloween. I used JF customs files and SHarkmarks pep files for the fiberglass helmet. I also painted it distressed.

hey guys i got a question. on the valley folds, it only requires 1 straight cut and on the mountain requires 2 cuts ???

Yes, with a valley fold the back has to open up. With the mountain fold you make 2 cuts at about 45deg. or less so that the 2 cuts meet at the bottom, thus making a trench in the foam.

ahhh i see , ok thanks. ill be doing a leonidas helmet since its the most easy one i think. i was going to do lokis helmet but ive seen alot of comments that its hard specially the horns so i dont want to throw away too mich foam lol

Do it!!!! it's dead easy helmet to make. I made it in about 2 hours and that is taking it easy

BTW. There is not mountains or valleys in this build. Just pretty much straight and angled cuts EDIT: my bad there is a tiny amount on the front of the mohawk part

Do it!!!! it's dead easy helmet to make. I made it in about 2 hours and that is taking it easy

Also. can someone tell me how do you get the measurement right for a helmet?

I measured the height of my head (270mm)
put the measurement in with an extra 10mm (280mm)
print out
make and it's waaaay too small. (goes from the top of my head to just by my upper lip, even tho it was set at 280mm)

I then made another 1 with an extra 60mm and it was too big. I don't get it. Never had anyproblem before with my iron man and predator files.
as you can see I am also confused with the question above so it doesn't help

I made myself a pair of calipers and measured from ear to ear. Then, adjusted scale by 10% until it was slightly bigger. Try that, perhaps.

22 pages? how is that? if you count the pages from the files. It should be 18 pages as default

If you move it around abit then you can print the whole thing out in 13 pages

hmmm moving it a bit its hard since those little pieces overlaps the pages and then i get one hole page printed for a little piece lol.

Check the pic. make sure you dont press print all pages. just enter in the page number with the template on it otherwise you will have a few blank pages with black +'s on the corners so wasted paper, unless you use it again with the next project.
