Xtc-3d wouldn't work on sintra. You need a filler for sintra/fiberglass pep builds, not a ABS surface smoother. Xtc-3d only works on 3d prints even then it only smooths out layers a bit .

yes i am taking a short break. Motivation is at a low at the moment plus a lot of other stuff to do that are main priority.
But no worry i will continue building this and finishing it. Just not at the same speed as before my first deadline.

Hi. how do you get your edges to line up? Do you glue them edge to edge? Or do you cut the board diagonally to get the edges to meet?

Yes edge to edge. And wen it needs a bigger angle i cut diagonal. Sometimes i also draw a 2 mm extra edge on the unfold to make an overlay.
Its no exact wisdom, i just do it the way i think is necessary at a certain situation.

maybe this one just doesnt work. Mine was very cheap, very liquid/thin but work amazing.
Just dont put it on too thick.Than it wont stick or you have to hold it for to long, because it might resolve the plastic and that needs to harden.
I posted a pic of the glue i used in one of my posts..

I can back this. When I put too much it had some sort of weak bond. And would get all 'gunky'. Just use a tiny bit to hold it then reapply more after

What Store can i find these paints at and can i use them one EVA foam

Do you recommend 3mm or 2mm Sintra? Thinking about trying Sintra on a Heart Breaker build.

These paints come from a carparts store. Dont know i they can be used for eva. Probably not.
as for the thickness i recommend 2 mm because it is thick enough and much easyer to cut.

How do you recommend transferring the pep layout / print to the Sintra, with all the fold lines and such?

I printed the pages on normal paper and cut them out.
Then i layed them onto my Sintra material and just made an outline with a ballpoint pen.
As for the folding lines, i mostly did those per hand or marked the beginning- and endpoint and then draw or cut a thin line.
