How long do you figure it took you to assemble each piece?

I think you mean the pepping part...

I think about 1 or 2 evenings for example a forearm.
More difficult parts like the abs about a week.(midweeks only in the evening and a full day on saturday)
The more small parts the longer

On the pdo of jackieisrockin chest. Theres a part where two sections of the chest are at different levels. But the part that connected them was removed when converted to foam. I assume because it was small. Wondered how you got them at different levels? Let me know if it's too unclear and ill upload a picture later

a picture would be helpful.
But some parts that were left out i put back in. If you zoom out in pepakure in the right box, you will find all the parts that are left out.
Sometimes you just have to be creative and make some areas from scratch.

You have inspired me to try this for myself, but I have a question. I am new to this pepakura stuff, and noticed there were foam converted unfolds and paper unfolds to download. Which one is best for sintra? Is there really a difference?

I found 3mm in baumarkt they are called pvc hartschaumplatte. 2mm online like eBay or other regional producers. They are also called Forex or foamex

I actually started to modify and cut a paper-version Mk42 forearm I had printed out... WAAAAY too much work to glue each piece...

Definitely go with foam. LOL

Anyone in the uk struggling for 2mm. got mine off ebay. think the seller was called trent plastics. sorry if im not supposed to give their name? just sharing feedback that delivery/condition was fine. Prefer to buy from amazon but no 2mm from when I looked which is strange!

Paper takes over 4 times longer as Foam or in our case Sintra.

I'm using xtc-3d right now. Smooth like glass...GM
