Hey Iron Maided, I'm a BIG fan of your work, and I'm going to start building my own foam costume. I just wanted to know how you cut angles in foam?? It's the only thing that is really confusing me about foam building!

Looks great, man. I'm building a mk42 on commission as well right now. I'm wishing now that I would have taken your lead on using a soldering iron for some details, Helagak's abs came out to something like 120 individual pieces for me(without the cod) because of all that silverwork lol:lol

wew, 120 pieces, that's a pain in the. . .anyway, the mark 42 abs is the most difficult piece to build IMHO. . .next is the leg pieces, hopefully i won't be burnt out of building this, since i'm targeting the 22nd of the month for the mexican mk42 to be shipped. . .

i designed his suit to fit him until his 9th birthday :lol

i can't here staff/employes though, my mom will kill me if i do :lol i can work on these suit commission as well as my own suit alone for now, maybe sometime this year i might require help from my friends if i will try to build the Igor. . .:lol oh crap another ironman suit :facepalm

i like the flaps!!! ok now i have to redo my torso!

you don't have to redo anything buddy, just cut out the flap part then add some details on the spot where the original flaps are in place :thumbsup
