Indiana Jones 5 officially announced

That sounds pretty serious.

I hope he recovers quickly as well, but having surgery, regardless of his "fitness", at this age, carries increased risk.

But, yeah. Where the heck was the stuntman? It seems he is taking risks he certainly shouldn't be taking. Unless he tripped on a cable while carrying that big cup of coffee...
With it being a shoulder injury, first thing I assumed was it was some sort of whip action. Probably didn't think they needed a stuntman for that.

Ford risking hurting himself for this particular film no matter how small the risk doesn't seem worth it especially since at his age a bad injury could make mobility difficult for the rest of his life or worse. He says he loves playing Indy but he also has repeatedly made a point of how important the massive paychecks are. I really hope he's doing this film out of love for the character. If it's about money no amount is worth potentially losing mobility.

If he's doing this for money, which he may very well not be as per his love of the character, it's clearly not out of necessity it's out of want. Many who are extremely wealthy never take a step back and say "maybe this is enough?" they often keep going.

I may be a little behind the news on this, but looking at images of Harrison in the past year, it looks like he has given in & had some plastic surgery procedures below his eyes,....I always held him in high regard for growing old naturally

At a certain point it isn't about looking younger, it's about not looking gross. If he was developing unsightly droopy loose skin bags under his eyes, I don't blame him.

To me, it kind of looks like poor photo editing. Just under the eyes looks a little more blurred than other areas of the face, so whoever published the photo may have just blurred to clean up the bags under the eyes.

I don't know guys. Is anyone really expecting this movie to be as good as the first three? It doesn't seem like Marion is coming back for this one. Although I don't think many would want her on another adventure. Even though I thought her holding the boat wheel was hilarious. For me, if and when an adventure / hero character gets married that should be the final story.

The cast seems ok for Part 5. But those first three are classics. At first I thought Crystal Skull was good and at least on par with Temple of Doom. But then I did a rewatch of Temple and no, Crystal Skull isn't that good.

Indy riding off into the sunset will probably always be the ending to the series. We don't need another Han Solo ending.

Karen Allen is currently filming a small independent movie in my home town, so unless they're shooting a scene with her later on, or they already shot something with her, she either has a cameo, or it's likely that she's not in it.
