I have the artwork book at home - I'll look through and see if there are any useful pics of his outfit, if people want I can scan and upload tonight?
Yes, if I can get it together. My daughter is coming and wants to do Furiosa so I am trying to do her arm, also! Wish me luck!

Downloaded a nut model from Thingiverse, modified it into a castle nut with Tinkercad and then printed it in the three sizes we need on my brand new FlashForge Creator Pro:

For those of you hesitating to get into 3D printing, here is one enthusiastic push forward!
BTW, they weigh almost nothing!

Here are my cell phone bits with the right circuit board, at least. I gave up hunting for a better keyboard. I still think it is from a cordless phone and not a cell phone.

Any ideas when the DVD/Blu-Ray will be released? I need to be able to stop/start that thing so I can get better images of things.
I just started my Joe build as well. Thanks to all you guys (ahoudini, Hamsterstyle, and Ein) making the 3d models for printing, it's saved me so much time! I also made a castle nut model I can post tonight if anyone is interested.
Last night was mostly spent working with the transparent worbla. It's an entirely different monster compared to regular worbla. Very unforgiving. Still not sure how I'm going to tackle the chest plate. I read that some of you took a Roman gladiator chest plate and molded to either the inside or outside of it. I haven't bought one yet, but probably will get one from Amazon tonight. Any tips?
I used the inside, and suggest taping the edges of the worbla to the armor really tight. I also had a little overhang on the sides of the armor to make it a little wider. The Armor as it is, is about a medium I would say. Oh and this is the style I used... http://www.amazon.com/Medieval-Roma...pebp=1438122390915&perid=053RB3149603Y94C5FQV
Oh man. That looks perfect, but the $70 is probably a bit out of my price range. I'll probably check out some of the local costume stores and see if I can get some cheap plastic muscle armor. Thanks for the tips!
EDIT: I just remembered the martial arts school I train at has one of these that I can probably use. I know it would require molding on top of rather than inside of a mold, but it might actually work.
Going this route for the left biceps: Frankenpatch! The ford patch is trimmed down and glued onto the black star sheriff patch.

I have to ask where did you get those holsters? Here are the guns and holsters I am using. The peacemaker's grips need to be painted black to match Joe's. Pity, as I like the contrast between the two.
