Sorry mate.Jerry shes had a damn good rub down already, ill tell ya that gloss white is hard to shift when cured lol.
The effect it had was great, its nice and patchy and very used, im going to emphasise this too with sporadic mists of dullcote here and there (an idea Bob gave me, thanks Bob :thumbsup )
Most of the chip marks are painted on with various methods, hacking into the hard paint was something i didnt want to do really, so some chips are done by masking off a small square, applying latex mask, and shooting with the airbrush. This method works great and takes away the look of it being handbrushed.
Rob thanks for the kind words, like i said, a long way to go, but i want a real hero prop feel to this build, and so far, to my eye, its going my way.
