Finished the prototype (with just a couple of tweaks to make). It is 12” x 15” and is laser cut on 7/32” maple ply, with a depth of 1/16”. These will be $200 plus $15 shipping in the US. The turnaround is 3 - 4 weeks and production starts when payment is received.

I made macaroni if you want some… Well, I was starving and you took forever, so I wanted to make food. Are you really not hungry? That fight was sooo long.

I printed out a “proof” just to see how it would look. I almost feel it should be bigger than the 12” x 15” but any larger would probably just be unnecessary.

Currently, we are planning on these being laser cut on .5” MDF board, and then finished to look like it should.

Time frame, we are looking at late January before actually being able to start, with a finished cost of $150-$200 before shipping.

They will be on the actual plaque. That one is just a basic proof of concept for sizing and such.

Yes, my original contact is updating his equipment with a laser engraver at the end of the month. We hope to be able to make the initial one for approval at that time.
